Gives younger gymnasts the chance to start preparing for the USAG compulsory program. Invitation-only, meets twice a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:00–5:30 PM); attendance both days is mandatory.

At Triumph Gymnastics, we're proud to offer competitive team programs for ages 5 and up. Our experienced staff help your child succeed in a positive training atmosphere we've built since 2003.

$55 registration fee for all programs
Level 3+ and EXCEL
Our locally and state-recognized competitive team, with outstanding coaches and a supportive atmosphere that lets every gymnast progress at their own pace. Our team competes across New York State and the tri-state area.
Monday–Thursday: 5:30–8:30 PM
Friday: 4:30–7:30 PM
- 3x/week: mandatory for Level 3 & EXCEL
- 4x/week: mandatory for Level 4
- 5x/week: mandatory for Level 6+
Important Team Notes
- No classes are pro-rated and no make-ups are available.
- Gymnasts are evaluated by our team staff and placed according to their skills across all events.
- Parents are not permitted in the gym during team classes.
